At Private Blends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our boutique.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned blend, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
